Our goal is to provide a safe environment for our tenants, customers and employees.

We are Open Normal Business Hours and Practicing Safe Processes!

• Face Coverings are optional in the office.
• Social Distancing process in place.
• Hand Sanitizer stations in office and in storage buildings.
• Contactless service where applicable.
• Air Purification System installed in our office area.
• Enhanced Air Filters in storage buildings.
• Touch surfaces sanitized often.
• Gate and Building access has not changed!

We go above and beyond the standard protocols for standard safety measures.

• All our HVAC units in every building are equipped with Merv 13 filtration. (Merv 13 is the highest level filter that can be used in standard commercial HVAC systems and has a 98% efficiency rating removing Proplet Nuceli (Sneeze) from the air.)
• We have installed the REME HALO In Duct Air Purifier system in the office, which kills 99% of bacteria, mold, viruses and sneeze germs. It also kills 99% of viruses on surfaces.
• We have installed hand sanitizer stations in the office and at every entryway in every building.

• Contact-less leasing is available through the website or via email ([email protected])
• Contact-less payments can be made through our website, over the phone or through our autopayment program. Checks can be mailed or put through the slot in office door. Cash payments are also accepted.
• Retail packing and moving supplies as well as locks are available for purchase.
